CITY ADMINISTRATOR- TROY. Job Description: The City of Troy located in Central Texas is accepting applications for the position of City Administrator. The City Administrator serves as the chief administrative officer under the direction of the Mayor and City Council and is responsible for the proper administration of all affairs of the City and Utilities including, but not limited to: administration of budget and day-to-day operations, personnel officer and keeping informed about legislative and grant issued.
