Finding doctor could be difficult if Medicare

A cut in federal Medicare spending scheduled for next year could make it more difficult for senior citizens and the disabled to find doctors willing to treat them.

Over the next several weeks, Congress is expected to debate a 5.1 percent reduction in the money the federal government refunds to doctors who treat Medicare patients.
