Video footage from the scene has yielded "beneficial" information, a Temple fire department spokesman said.
"In a case like this or any criminal case you know what happened, but you have to put all the pieces together to where you can make an arrest," Temple Fire and Rescue spokesman Thomas Pechal said. "That's where we continue to work. Once we have all the pieces to make an arrest, then that will happen."
Investigators continue to receive tips, including a phone call this past week, he said.
"We have identified some people of interest and we continue to follow up on those individuals," Pechal said.
