Adarsh Johnson Don Bosco of India had been missing since Friday morning, said Steve Theodore, chief operating officer for UMHB.
A family discovered Don Bosco at about 7 p.m. "The family happened to see him and called our campus police," he said. "At this point, there's no indication of foul play."
Students gathered at the site Saturday night, some still in disbelief.
"We're just in shock," said roommate Brabhaker Mahorker. "We thought he was just missing."
