BELTON - Two former Belton High School students who are suspects in a string of high school fieldhouse burglaries are back in jail after being charged with arson for the Troy fieldhouse fire on Aug. 4.
Ryan Tony Davis, 18, was booked into Bell County jail on an arson charge Wednesday. His bond is $100,000.
