KILLEEN — Services for Edna Marie Portillo of Temple will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
Burial will be at a later date in Central Texas Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
She died at a Temple hospital.
Miss Portillo was born in Walters, Okla., to George and Juanita Cerday Portillo. She was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, having served in Hawaii during World War II and in Korea. She was a registered nurse. She attended Columbia College in Washington, D.C., She also attended school in Grenada, Ariz. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Amanda Louise Thorne of Killeen and Ernestine Graves of Carlsbad, Calif.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
