The phone call Tim Carter received before the 2000-01 basketball season wasn't unlike the myriad he's received from high school coaches trying to sell him on one of their players.But there was enough for the University of Texas at San Antonio men's coach to follow up on the call from Temple coach Bruce Etheridge extolling the virtues of one David President."I have great respect for the program there at Temple," Carter said.
