Berkman, Astros agree to three-year contract

Berkman, Astros agree to three-year contract: Outfielder Lance Berkman, an All-Star for the Houston Astros last season, agreed Tuesday to a $10.5 million, three-year contract. He will get $500,000 this year, $3.5 million next year and $6.5 million in 2004. He is eligible for free agency after the 2005 season.Berkman, 25, hit .331
