Blake, Jr., Judge Adult Respondents: Vicki Thurm, Edgar Watts, Catherine Thurm. ORDER OF PUBLICATION To Whom It May Concern: The purpose of this action is to protect the infant respondents, M.W. and R.T. from abuse and neglect. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking legal and physical custody of said child respondents, M.W. and R.T. It appearing that the whereabouts of the respondent mother are presently unknown at this time, and her last known whereabouts was Temple, Texas, it is Ordered that the respondent mother, Vicki Thurm, obtain from the Fayette County Circuit Clerk at the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia the Petition filed in this matter. The respondent mother, Vicki Thurm must appear and defend on or before January 22, 2009 in which a dispositional hearing will be held on that date. Failure to answer and defend could result in a default judgment, and loss of parental rights. Further, it is hereby Ordered that the respondent mother, Vicki Thurm, be advised of her right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings, and that counsel will be appointed if she cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner. The infant respondents, M.W. and R.T. shall be represented by counsel at every stage of these proceedings. The Guardian ad Litem appointed for said child is Jamison T.
