Temple Temps' office team is very well trained to assist an employer with all of its temporary help needs. They are familiar with our temporary personnel to know just the right person for each particular job. Temple Temps has a variety of temporary personnel (from construction to office/clerical to factory and everything in between) to handle any company's temporary help needs whether it is for 4 hours or for an indefinite period of time.

With our Temporary Service, a company has the opportunity to have our temporary personnel fill in for employees on sick leave, vacation, or leave of absence as well as during the company's peak seasons.

Our Temporary-To-Permanent Service allows a company the opportunity to work our temporary personnel for at least six weeks before going through the expense of adding that person to their permanent payroll with no fee charged to either the company or our temporary personnel. This option benefits the prospective employer, as well as, the temporary personnel.

Temple Temps guarantee our temporary personnel. Therefore, if a company should be dissatisfied with a temporary employee, we will replace that person immediately.

Temple Temps can also payroll ALL your employees. Our Payrolling Service includes covering a company's employees with Worker's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and matching Social Security as well as making all the quarterly reports to the IRS and FUTA/SUTA. The company only has to write one check to Temple Temps and their payroll is done.
